If we ask you to send a log file to us, please follow these steps:
- Go to the splash screen in the Cryptomator app (start screen)
- Open “Settings”
- Scroll down and enable “Debug mode”
=> Debug mode is enabled, now reproduce the problem - Go back to “Settings”
- Tap on “Send log file”
- Choose your mail app and send an email to the Cryptomator team
Please don’t forget to disable “Debug mode” after sending the email.
