Please check that you have not blocked access to Microsoft, e.g. via NextDNS, this is something we are seeing quite a lot of at the moment.

If it is something else, please send us the log files

How do I enable debug mode on Android?

If we ask you to send a log file to us, please follow these steps: Go to the splash screen in the Cryptomator app (start screen) Open “Settings” Scroll down and enable “Debug mode” => Debug mode is enabled, now reproduce the problem Go back to “Settings” Tap on “Send log file” Choose your mail app and send an email to the Cryptomator team Please don’t forget to disable “Debug mode” after sending the email.
