You are probably facing this issue

Sadly, Windows cannot handle files larger than 4 GiB via WebDAV. Since the virtual drive is currently based on WebDAV, no files larger than that can be encrypted using Windows Explorer. That said, Cryptomator can easily handle much larger files if the vault is accessed using some better software, such as Cyberduck. To avoid this, please install dokany (1.5.x) or FUSE ( WinFSP if you are using windows) and change the volume type in your Cryptomator settings to dokany or FUSE

If you are on windows and want to store bigger files in your vault, then do not use WebDAV as volume type.
