How to do that also on Android ? I want to be able to open the encrypted files from a Android file explorer, not just only from Cryptomator app. Regards

Right now this is not possible. As soon as the document provider function is implemented, you can access your vault files from other apps too.
That would have been very useful. This feature does not look like it will come in the near future
