Unexpected Error | Please Help

Hello there,

I created this account, because I got a problem with the Software.

I installed the desktop app and I tried to link my “old” safe.

So the program said, that I need to update the safe to a new format.

I clicked the checkbox and hit next, but then this error occured:

Does someone know this error?

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Software Version: 1.5.16

I would be very happy about any help.

Hi. Can you please have a look into the masterkey file and name the vault version of your vault.
If you want to upgrade from a very old version, you have to do some additional steps.
