Can you please do the following:
- Start Cryptomator (latest Version) and unlock the affected vault.
- Navigate to the location which contained the subfolder.
- In Cryptomator settings, activate debug mode
- Create a new folder with the same name that causes the problem
- In Cryptomator settings, deactivate debug mode again
Now please send us the log file (e.g. via a private message in this forum). Please feel free to redact any file names that you don’t want to show up in the log file.
