Hi,
I’ve been using the app on PC windows and Android for a few years without any problem. For a few weeks now the app still works perfectly on PC but the safe doesn’t open most of the time on drive or one drive. I have to open it first on the PC to access it on the phone. I’ve emptied the cache, stopped, relaunched the application on the phone without success. Thanks for the advice.
