Have you checked this? Maybe there’s a process you are not aware of…

Lock Failed - Can something be done?

Have you checked (for example with Windows Process Explorer ) if there is an app or process that is accessing the vault? Just because the sync is done or the graphic does not show reading/writing doesn’t mean that no process is blocking a file or folder.

Furthermore I highly recommend an update to the latest version 1.7.5. There was a critical bug in Version 1.7.3.
