License for different android devices

I purchased the cryptomator application for my phone, it’s works great. I read that only one license is required per user. However when I go to my Samsung tablet to install it via Playstore it’s asking for payment. How can I install on multiple android devices without payment? Please advise.

Hi. Assuming you are using Google’s playstore:
Every device has to be connected to the google account you purchased the app with.
