I launch Cryptomator and reveal the drive and the folder is empty. There were files there months ago but I have moved them toa different drive. But if I check Google DriveFiles Stream, I can see the encrypted folder structure and if I check the size it is over 1TB. Any ideas?
Well, a Log file could help. Any WARN or ERROR messages? Which volume type did you choose? WebDAV? Fuse? Does the error appear with both types?
Can you access the vault directly using cyberduck or a mobile app?

Your log file says you are using WebDAV, not FUSE.
Seems to me that there’s something wrong with the access to the files via file stream.
Maybe this is related to WebDAV. Can you please switch to FUSE and try again?
Please check the fuse version you have installed and update if not the latest is installed.
Recently someone here reported problems with Google’s file stream on Mac as well and solved it by clearing google file stream cache.
Seems not to me that the files have disappeared. Then there would be no 1TB disk usage on google drive.
If you have the free space, you can also make them offline available and then try to open the vault and check if somethings missing. (Or use cyberduck as I already mentioned).
