I’m a new Cryptomator user. Downloaded the app last week (paid for both Android and iPad). I had a very frustrating experience getting started. The app wasn’t working forGoogle drive, and there was zero information about this. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.

Hi I am still getting this issue. I keep getting error “an error occurred” when trying to create a vault on google drive. I am using 1.10.3 which was released on Sep 23 2024

Can you please enable debug mode, reproduce the problem and send us the logfile?

How do I enable debug mode on Android?

If we ask you to send a log file to us, please follow these steps: Go to the splash screen in the Cryptomator app (start screen) Open “Settings” Scroll down and enable “Debug mode” => Debug mode is enabled, now reproduce the problem Go back to “Settings” Tap on “Send log file” Choose your mail app and send an email to the Cryptomator team Please don’t forget to disable “Debug mode” after sending the email.
