Close the window Cryptomator won't close the "App"

Hi,

Can you add the feature that would disable quit the app when I close the cryptomator window and stay the process in background with the icon the tray / statusbar.
It’s a current behavior on Mac OS.

What do you think ?

If you have at least one unlocked vault, this should already work. But we’ll probably reconsider this in the UI redesign since this distinction doesn’t seem to be too intuitive.
