Archive decrypted files using Acronis True Image

I would like to use Acronis True Image to archive the decrypted data (virtual drive), but ATIH2020 does not see the drive. Is there any way to do this? Winzip Pro does work on the decrypted files, but ATIH doesn’t see the folders.

Hi. please make sure that cryptomator and Acronis do use the same user.
You may also try to mount your vault as a folder instead of a drive.
(mounting as folder allows, accesing your vault as an elevated/different user.)

Program access to virtual drive

Yes this is possible. You can change the way how your virtual filesystem is integrated any time. To do it: Go to app settings and make sure that you have selected “FUSE” (red frames) open your vault settings (vault must be locked), and change the mount point to your folder where you want to have the unencrypted files to be shown. This folder must exist and has to be empty. (yellow frames) [image]
