adding an existing or creating a new safe does not work on my smartphone “Samsung Z Flip 6”. It works on my Xiaomi Tablet, but not on my Samsung.
After selecting “OneDrive” as cloud-service, in the next window a plus sign is displayed with “click here to add a new destination” (german: “Hier antippen, um neue Orte hinzuzufügen”).
Clicking on the “+”-Symbol does nothing.
On the Phone, thera are two Micorsoft/OneDrive-Accounts configured and connected: one personal, and one for business.
Clearing the Cryptomator Application Cache did not help.
I’m sorry, but no - I haven’t found a solution yet.
It works on other devices, also with two Microsoft Accounts registered in the device, but not on my samsung mobile phone.
Yeah, mine is a Galaxy S23. I also tried clearing the cache and installing/reinstalling the app as you mentioned above. Perhaps we have no choice but to wait for a software fix?
Have you contacted support via email? It’s also strange that apparently no one else (or at least very few) has this issue…
I am presently working on putting together two short training videos and some instructions to go along with them.
There is an Android app available that is capable of directly mounting Cloud drives and there is no limit to the number of drives that you can have.
For example I have two personal Microsoft OneDrive accounts that I can’t use at the same time on one computer without this third-party tool.
Once my instructions and upload is complete you will be able to use that software rather than Cryptomator on Android in order to make the connection to the Cloud Drive and then there is a way to tell kryptameter to use that local resource as its location for the vault.
I’m doing this also for someone who has requested the ability to access multiple Google Drives at the same time which I do regularly.
Stick around it will probably take me another couple or few days to get things posted.
If you would like to get a head start on reading material and even trying the name of the app is RSAF and is available for download from GitHub it is not in the Google Play app store.
Essentially what you do is use this software to create the connections to your various Cloud drives and then tell Cryptomator your vault is local and then you point it at the remote that you cofigured in RSAF. RSAF will be the go between the cloud and Cryptomator.
Hi all,
I have the same issue on Galaxy S21 SM-G991B Android 14 One UI 6.1
I click on the + button for OneDrive but nothing happens, even after waiting 60 seconds, i am on 4G+ and have no reason to believe my mobile cell provider is blocking OneDrive since I can access the OneDrive app and URL via browser.
Trying to add Google Drive does present a login / account choice screen after clicking +
I tried making a screen recording but Cryptomator blocks video recording.
I had downloaded Cryptomator 1.11.1 and have refunded the purchase via Play store.
I can provide logs if provided a temporary license, I don’t want to purchase via Play store again and possibly refund 2nd time.
