The log does not contain any crash information. In order to gather more info, can you open C:\Program Files\Cryptomator\app\Cryptomator.cfg with a text editor and under [JavaOptions] add the following line:
-XX:ErrorFile=C:\Users\hyp\error.log
Restart Cryptomator, and provoke the crash of the app. Afterwards you can send me the file error.log via PM or mail (support@cryptomator.org).
