80 % of data can't be decrypted on OneDrive! Need Help!

I uploaded around 56 GB of data with Cryptomator on Onedrive. But i can only open and download around 18 GB of data. I can see all folders and data, but cannot open them.
My question is? How can i get access to all of my Data?

I already tried Cyberduck. There i got around 22 GB of data encrypted. Afterwards i tried it with JDownloader at there i downloaded 56 gb of data but when i encrypt them, i only get shown around 15 GB of data. But there i see other data then on the data of onedrive.
I guess something went wrong with the encryption.

I never changed the folder or something on Onedrive.

For me it seems more likely that your sync was not completed.
Please check the log of your sync client.
If you are sure that the sync was completed, and all vault files are available (online and offline) and you still don’t see all of your data inside your vault, please check the cryptomator log file if there are any ERROR or WARN messages. You can also perform a health check.
But to me your problem sounds like a sync problem.

Do you mean the integrity check?

The original data is no more available. I only have the encrypted data on One Drive.

How can I do the sync?

Yes

So you deleted the local vault files? Did you have your OneDrive client disabled? Means, did you ensure the the OneDrive client did not start to delete the online files as well? Do you find encrypted files in the online recycle bin? I really hope you kept at least a backup of the files you had in the vault.

Cryptomator desktop does just encrypt the files local. The sync with your online storage is done via the storage provider app. In your case I assume you used the OneDrive app.

The integrity test didn’t work

You mean the Original data which I have encrypted on one drive? Actually I have no backup anymore. I changed my pc and the hard drive is destroyed. Bad luck.

The one drive client is not disabled. The files are online and one drive did not deleted data. I downloaded the encrypted files from one drive. It was 56gb.

The receycle bin is also empty.

I guess all the data is still available but only 18 gb is shown, when I decrypt the data via cryptomator.

Did you select the OneDrive option for the folder to be local and not only in the cloud?

As it seems it is a syn problem. With Mountain Duck i can create a new “tresor” and i can see all the lost data. But it is really really slow and the download always stops.
How can i sync my “tresor” with cryptomator again directly?

Not sure what you mean with „directly“, but I t’s like most other storage. You can download the files manually, or you can run the sync client and wait until the sync is finished.

Let me try to explain what I found out in the last days.
All the encrypted data is available on the cloud. I can see them decrypted with mountain duck, when I create a new virtual disk (E) on my desktop. But I cannot download them, because the connection is so slow, that not even 1 mb can be downloaded.
Last year I changed my PC, so I lost the virtual disk (E) and the connection to it to cryptomator. I don’t know why I can see and you 18 Gb of that like always, because the virtual disk (E) is not available so that the synchronization cannot be finished.
That’s why I want to know, if there is a possibility to sync my “Tresor” again to create this virtual disk and use all my data again.

The virtual drive has nothing to do with the sync of your files.
If you have all files online on OneDrive, and the OneDrive client is configured to sync these files with your local storage, then you’ll just have to wait until this is done. Then use the „add existing vault“ function to add your vault by selecting the masterkey file.
If your sync client is not performing the sync correctly, please check the settings or the log if anything is preventing or blocking the sync.
You can also just download your complete vault from the online storage via browser and then add it to cryptomator.
