I usually log into my OneDrive on Safari and access MS office files online. I don’t have MS office applications (excel, word, powerpoint) installed on my MacBook. I only use their online version for free.
Can I still use Cryptomator to encrypt and decrypt Microsoft’s Office Online Applications?
Hi. No that’s not possible. Cryptomator is designed to encrypt your files local, before you transfer them to your storage provider. So you need to have a local application to access your office files. All you will see in your iCloud Drive are encrypted data. You won’t even be able to identify your files when accessing your cloud storage via browser (and the provider won’t either)
