Hi, I use Cryptomator over my personal Dropbox, in a virtual drive.
Sometimes opened office files cannot be saved by Word or Excel, and something like ~WRL0001.tmp is created in the folder instead. Attempts to overwrite the original file returns an error Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error
In response I create a copy of the file elsewhere (on Desktop, for example) and then copy it to a Dropbox folder manually. This way no ‘file permission errors’ occur.
The drive type is WinFSP (Local Drive), an the error is ‘floating’ - it does not happen all the time, just from time to time. But may be it can be fixed entirely?
