Version 1.6.9 upwards freezes on EndeavourOS (Arch Linux)

I run EndeavourOS (Arch Linux) as a virtual machine using VMWare Workstation 16 Pro (Windows 11 host). Whenever I try to run Cryptomator version 1.6.9 upwards the Cryptomator window appears but then the entire virtual machine freezes and needs to be restarted. I downgraded to version 1.6.8 and so far this has fixed the issue for me. I’ve also tested different installation methods like the packages in the aur repository as well as the appimages from Cryptomator’s website. No matter what installation method the system freezes as soon as I start version 1.6.9 or later.

Thanks for your reply. It’s indeed the exact same behavior. After two minutes the system and Cryptomator become responsive again. I simply did not realize this since I never waited two minutes but instead rebooted the virtual machine immediately.
