Vault inaccessible after paying for life membership!

I just finished my trial month and paid for the lifetime… and immediately I now get the attached error messages when I try to access my vault! Help!

Could you please check if the vault contains a file named vault.cryptomator (it should be right next to masterkey.cryptomator)? What cloud storage service are you using?

Yes both of those files are there. I’m not using cloud storage… the vault is on a memory stick

I’m genuinely surprised. If vault.cryptomator exists, I can’t really explain the error message. Have you tried to remove the vault from the list and re-add it again?
