Hello, I use a vault to store my files in and routinely need to upload some of them via an upload box popup. The only files I see in finder are the encrypted versions. How do I decrypt to upload a specific file?

Welcome to the Cryptomator Community 
You can’t decrypt a single file (or its file name).
If you want to upload only specific, encrypted files, you need to select them based on their timestamp.
If you want to upload specifc decrypted file, you need to unlock the vault, browse to the files and select them there.
