When I upload something from my phone to my Pcloud Cryptomator from through the Android app it won’t show. The other way round, uploading from desktop works without problems. This issue only occured recently, but it persist on multiple Android devices.
Any way to fix this?

Sounds like a sync issue to me.
Did you check if the files from android are really getting uploaded? You can also check the content of your online vault by using Cyberduck.
It would be good to know where the files are stuck.
Either they are not leaving the phone, or they are not downloaded to desktop.
