Unable to unlock Vault

I’m trying to unlock my vault on iPad Pro. However, on Files app, it says “Unlock required. To access and show the contents of your vault, it has to be unlocked”. however, when I press unlock, nothing opens.

Can you let me know how I can either enter a recovery key to see I can open it, or if I can just delete and reinstall it on iPad to see it?

I can confirm the same issue on iPhone (15 Plus), running iOS 18.4, Cryptomator version 2.7.0 (from the Appstore).

Any chance you found a solution? This is really strange. I haven’t moved all my files to Cryptomator because I feared something like this would happen.

I suggest enabling diagnosis mode in the settings, reproduce the behavior and send in the log (also in the settings).

FTR: I can not reproduce this on my iPhone (16 pro max - same version of app and IOS), and also on the iPad it works for me.
