I have this folder that I somehow can not delete… I get this error from the finder:
“The operation can’t be completed because it isn’t supported.”
I am using MacOS 15.4
Cryptomator 1.15.2 syncing on DropBox.
I tried the command line and I also can’t remove it. Any ideas ?

After ensuring that you are fully synced and your vault is not on read-only system, you may try my script to fix it: Workaround for "Did not find valid content inside of" warnings
Do your cryptomator logs says anything? They’re most likely in ~/.local/share/Cryptomator/logs/.
Yes, it says the directory is not empty. It is empty and that should not matter anyways?

You may try to connect directly to your online vault using Cyberduck.
Check if the file is online visible in your vault. Maybe there’s a sync issue.
In case of Cryptomator file structure - it do matters, because it needs to delete all things inside and then the folder itself. The problem is most likely the corrupted file inside which my fix should handle just well. You may want to lock your vault, go to it’s settings and use Healtheck which should do the same thing my fix does - delete file when you find bad file on the long list of good files.
Cyberduck can open Cryptomator vaults directly online.
