Two Folders Can no longer open either. Using version 1.5.17

Hi folks, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Windows 10 Two locked folders: one on network back up drive, the other in Dropbox. Can’t unlock either, but both are “seen” by Cryptomator. Getting following error code:

Can someone help me interpret this and give me suggestions as to how to address?

Please check if latest dokany version is installed and if not please update.
If it is the latest version please uninstall and reinstall.
Or switch to WinFSP

Due to the log there is something wrong with your dokany.

Michael, thanks for the quick reply.

First, I updated to version 1.6.3 Still could not open either.

Second, I changed from Dokany to WebDAV

That did it! All good now, Thanks.

Please keep in mind that WebDAV has limitations. It cannot handle files bigger than 4GB. So if you should run into problems with WebDAV, you should give WinFSP a try.

Thanks for the heads up on the WebDav limitations. As WinFSP is not a selection in the cryptomator dropdown box under “virtual drive”, how does one install/use WinFSP with cryptomator?

Please click on the link in my first post

Got it, Thanks Michael.
