Transparent encryption on android?

Folks, pardon me if this is a totally stupid question, but: Is there some way to make Cryptomator on Android provide transparent encryption of files? I’d imagine something similar to a hot-folder that appears as soon as a Cryptomator safe is unlocked - and allows for arbitrary applications to write to / read from there while it’s open, making sure the files are en- or decrypted on the fly and always physically stored encrypted. Is that somehow possible?
Thanks and all the best,
Kristian

That’s great idea. I want this feature on the road map.

Hello,
I’m interested in this feature. Are there updates or further information ?
My use case is an app that could manipulate a Cryptomator folder through an API, and use it for transparent encryption of a file stored in that Cryptomator vault. Is this possible ?
Thanks.
