My syncing works fine between all devices but the space is different
This is not likely anything to do with Crypotomator.
From your browser go to the Google One Storage management console. Perhaps you can see what’s wrong there.
Anything still in Google “Trash” still counts against your storage, so make sure you empty the trash.
