Sync via iOS does not work anymore

Hey all,

I use Cryptomator with Google Drive and Dropbox and I am very satisfied. But since Saturday, unfortunately, the Files app on the iPhone no longer syncs. Here is some info:

  • Sync via desktop (Windows) works
  • both cloud services do not work, the Files app only shows “Loading…”.
  • a reinstall of Google Drive did nothing
  • a reinstall of the Files app did nothing
  • I have the feeling that the problem appears since my update to iOS 17. Can this be?

Do you have any ideas? Thank you very much in advance

You can try the following:

  1. Go to the Cryptomator app
  2. Open up the settings (gear icon in the top left)
  3. Select “Cloud Services”
  4. Select “Google Drive”
  5. Tap the “+” button at the top right and re-authenticate

Oh no, I answered too fast. Seems to be another problem because without doing anything different I am not able to login (both Dropbox & Google Drive) and I additionally tried your idea another time: not working.
