Being in a country where I can’t pay online, I’ve asked a relative abroad to buy me the license for the app. Which, apparently, they did using their mail. They do not intend to use the app, ever. Is there a way to bind/transfer the license to my mail instead?
The person who purchased the license should contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the email address used in the purchase process and send me the new email address to which the license should be transferred so that we can be sure that it is in their interest.
