Smarter ways to sync to remote vaults

I have some vaults on an FTP server that I have created using Cyberduck.

Problem is, the synchronize feature of Cyberduck only allows Upload, Download and Mirror.

I’d rather have something like rsync -uva --delete.

Does anybody have some ideas?

I am using Personal Backup for all sync tasks that are not done by a providers sync app. This includes syncs to ftp storages. I do also all my backups with it, but you can configure it so that it’s working just like a sync tool. Works perfect for me since years.

What tool do you use to automatically unlock your cryptomator vault and sync the files in your vault with the local copies of those files?

I use PersonalBackup to do this job. http://personal-backup.rathlev-home.de/ You can configure it to start cryptomator before syncing and wait a view seconds. Then it starts syncing into the open vault. You can also configure to start an app after sync is done. I use it to start my OneDrive client, which then syncs the encrypted files to online storage.
