Simplify the update process

Hello,
it would be marvelous if the update process was a bit easier.

My wishes are:

  1. The Cryptomator closes the running instance(s) of Cryptomator after asking for allowance for that (see thread https://community.cryptomator.org/t/1-12-4-x64-update/13779) and

  2. when updating only exchanging the icon where it was or letting the Cryptomator app icon there where it was (in my case in the task bar) - or at least put it on the desktop as most apps do.
