Security on a dedicated server with cryptomator

Hello,
If i use cryptomator to encrypt my data on a “ionos” dedicated server, how can i be sure that my files are secure even if the heberger can manage my dedicated server ? I have an esxi, and a windows VM.

Is it secure even if an other people connect to my dedicated server ? (other session, LAN, USB … RAM) ?

It’s not secure on any computer or account that you type your password. Anyone with access to that computer or account can access your data.

You always need the password to access a cryptomator vault.
No matter which rights you have on the machine.
