Samsung S22 - No folders are displayed

Dear Support Team,

I have been using your app for a while now. Ever since I uploaded some data to the cloud (OneDrive), I’ve been encountering issues. I’ve uninstalled, then reinstalled your app, and re-added the folder. Unfortunately, it still appears empty on my phone. However, I can access everything normally on my desktop.

What can I do?

Please check that the sync from your desktop to your online storage is fully complete.
That would be a reason why the files in your vault are there on your desktop, but not online and thus not in the mobile app
