I’m not really sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this question, but where to do I go for a refund? I bought a license, not realizing it wasn’t going to work with the provider I am using.

I have a similar request. I’ve bought the license key for the Android apk just a few days ago, but I’m having a very hard time with my Chromebook, so I’d like to re-purchase it through the GPlayStore this time. Would it be possible to have a refund for the APK license, or maybe a switch to the Google Playstore version ?
