I assume you are asking about the entries marked with a red cross. But what is the full result message of those entries?

You can’t fix the error itself: It means, that synchronization of the vault by a cloud provider is not complete or directory deletion inside the vault did not completed successfully.

In general, the data is not lost. For the first case, there should be other results of the directory check reporting orphans. In the latter, well, deletion was just not finished.

If you are sure all data is still there, you can delete the folder mentioned in such a result (“dir.c9r … points to non-existing directory”)

Thank you, this search will take time. I have a lot of files and folders, so would have to check everything by hand the next few weeks.
