Hello, is there any option to protect safes (files and directories) from being deleted?
I mean, if someone wanted to delete those files they would have to enter a password.

Hi. This would mean you’ll have to enter a password everything you delete a file in the vault also, as this will cause one or more vault files to be deleted.
No, there’s no option for this.
@rowerx Michael’s correct, this wouldn’t be a reasonable feature available within Cryptomator itself.
This would be something controlled at the OS level with the filesystem and user permissions.
