Open vault on new android smartphone

  • I have transferred the cryptomator android app from my old smartphone to my new smartphone. How can I open my existing vault? I can open it on my old smartphone and my desktop PC but not on my new smartphone. Pls help.

You’ll have to add the existing vaults your the app again.
