Not working Macbook Air M4 Sequoia 15.4

I have tried all the virtual drive choices using 1.15.2. The vault unlocks, but it sets the location of the files as, “http://localhost:42427/EV2MuNhbFQAN/” which I can not access. Help. Thanks
