Not receiving licence key

Hi,

I ordered and paid for a licence key for the Android version 12 hours ago and the only email I received was one that said it’s “in process” and up for “manual review”.

I used a temporary SimpleLogin email address and a virtual debit card - I use SimpleLogin for everything that isn’t primary accounts. I’ve never paid for open-source software before, and was a bit skeptical, but the desktop version of Cryptomator works great, and I fully appreciate that SimpleLogin email addresses are straight-up blocked by a lot of services due to spammers - but I’d really like to be able to just use it. It’s put me off paying for open-source software a bit, knowing that my money’s basically in limbo, and personally I’ve never had to wait for a licence key for other services I’ve used. Maybe I’m just impatient lol.

Not looking for a refund or special treatment, just wondering if there’s something I missed or if I could cancel this order so I can place it again with another email address.
