When mounting the volume using FUSE on macOS, there seems to be zero support for file/folder metadata (things like display settings, app to open files with, quarantine status, hidden/not-hidden or file-extension display, and a lot more).
WebDAV mounting does preserve (most) macOS filesystem metadata.
