Hi,
Using a new iPad, I can’t access my vault using the File app.
As the symptom is pretty commun, I eliminated the know causes to no avail :
- the (cyphered) data are present in the iCloud file
- the vault was sucessfully unlocked and added in the Cryptomator app (in opening the d file which includes a masterkey and a backup)
- the crpytomator file is visible in the File app (but not it’s content)
- I deleted and reinstalled the Cryptomator app
- I (force) retarded the iPad
- I have access to the data from my iPhone and my Mac
