Hi, I followed all your instructions (Mac & Android) – but new cryptomator folders (on dropbox as well as on computer) remain fully available in finder, even when closed in cryptomator. What am I doing wrong…? Thanks for your help! Susanne
Do you mean the encrypted files? Yes they stay local as these files are your vault.
Or do you mean the unencrypted files within your vault?
These files are only available when the cryptomator vault is mounted and opened (means you have an additional drive created by cryptomator).
If you can see unencrypted files stored in your Dropbox, then you did not save them into your vault.
