once I get a new phone can I uninstall my android cryptomator license from my 1st phone and installed the existing license in my 2nd phone? or should I buy a new license?
cos I am planing to get a new phone soon.

The license is personal bound. You can install it on all of your own android devices. If you bought from playstore, you can install it via playstore on your new device as long as you use the same Google account.

I am installing cryptomator from f-droid, because I have a de-google android OS. But I see I can buy the license from cryptomator web, Cryptomator for Android
So while no having a google account attached to my phones, could I migrate my cryptomator license from my old phone to my new phone?
Yes. As I said. The license is bound to a person not to a device. The Google account thing was just an example.
