One of my project managers has successfully unlocked an encrypted folder on google drive I originally created. But, when going to move the mp4 files over to her hard drive, finder and chrome freeze up and she has to force quit. When force quitting/relaunching finder however, nothing happens. New finder windows cannot be opened, and finder is no longer listed in the force quit options until after restarting the machine.
Any ideas on what might be going on? I have run her through some very basic restart/update troubleshooting over screenshare but new to cryptomater so that’s the extent of my “possible steps knowledge” so far.
