I am switching from MacOS to Linux and was wondering if I can access my existing vault which is located in Apple‘s iCloud.

Im not in linux but would be surprised if there’s no way to sync from iCloud to Linux.
From Cryptomator point of view it does not matter if you open your vault on a Linux or a Mac or a pc.
