I just started testing out Cryptomator for sensitive content in Dropbox. My desktop computer is set to keep the entire Dropbox local for offline use. But I’m not sure if the Cryptomator vaults are behaving that way.
Windows Explorer frequently lags or hangs during copy operations or file opening operations when I am inside a vault. I set up these vaults using default values so they open as new drives when they are unlocked.
Is that’s what’s causing these lags? Or are their other settings to check?
Windows 10, with latest Dropbox and latest Cryptomator. Vaults are on an internal Hard Disk Drive still in good health.
