I have the same issue.

has anyone gotten any resolution on this one? I assume this has something to do with mac big sur? can open vault on my ipad but this is not a solution

i found that after doing some updates and “reinstalling” Fuse, things started working again.

i also discovered that i was using a copy of my original vault - which means I have half my stuff in one vault and half in another, so this afternoon will be fun consolidating it all!
