Implementation of one way folder sync on Android

Hi,

I’m willing to implement one way folder synchronization (as mentioned in Automatic syncing of directories · Issue #86 · cryptomator/android · GitHub ) that would be based on the existing photo sync functionality.

However, I would do most of it in Java, not Kotlin.

Would you be interested in merging it regardless?
