If my original computer dies, can I still access Cryptomator on another computer?

I can’t really ( or maybe I suck at looking) find this answer.

Say my original computer, containing Cryptomator and the original files, dies or has complete hard drive failure. Before that though, I obviously synced my files to Google Cloud, or something like that.

Can I recover all my original files on the new computer, decrypt, and download them to rescue them? Thank you in advance.
