Im just guessing that you want to sync vault files:
As the iOS App does not have the vault files stored on the device (but access them directly on your choosen cloud provider storage), there’s no need to sync vault files from iOS device via resilio. And therefore no “solution”.
If you want to sync unencrypted iOS Files into the cryptomator account, then the answer is the same: there is actually no solution to do that. You can only share the files you want to store in your vault to the cryptomator app. Or you can open the vault and add files via the “upload” function (same thing, other way).
